This shop owner has truly out done herself with this new planner!! This is the third year I have purchased from her and not only is her digital planner QUALITY, so is her customer service. She’s well-versed in what she’s creating and guiding through how to operate her product. She is kind and patient; as I have personally experienced when needing to DM for what ended up being simple solutions to my questions. And by quality in a digital product, I mean it is easy to use, easy to customize, it’s FUN to create through because there are so many templates that come with it. It doesn’t become pixel-y when needing to zoom or even when adding digital stickers purchased from a separate shop! It doesn’t “freeze” or “lock” with its hyperlinks which is impressive all around. Truly a magnificent product and one I will buy year after year!
